Welcome to MEGASCORES™, a sports-engagement and entertainment platform owned and operated by MEGAVERZ PVT LTD. By accessing or using our website, mobile services, or any related features, you (“User”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the platform.

1. Nature of Service

MEGASCORES™ is a free-to-use sports-engagement platform that provides interactive features such as content viewing, sports discussions, creator interactions, UGC uploads, polls, quizzes, and non-monetary fan experiences.
MEGASCORES™ does not offer or promote gambling, betting, fantasy contests with entry fees, or any form of real-money gaming.

2. Eligibility

Users must be 18 years or older to access the platform. By using MEGASCORES™, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and are legally capable of entering a binding agreement. The company may request age verification where required.

3. User Accounts

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You agree to:
• Provide accurate and updated information
• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
• Accept responsibility for activities under your account

MEGASCORES™ reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or display suspicious, harmful, or abusive behavior.

Violation may result in account restriction or permanent suspension.

5. Content Ownership & License

Users retain ownership of the content they upload (photos, videos, comments, UGC). By uploading content, you grant MEGASCORES™ a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, modify, distribute, and promote the content within the platform for product functionality and user experience enhancement.

MEGASCORES™ may remove content that violates these Terms or legal guidelines.

6. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, product names, designs, UI, code, and platform elements—including MEGASCORES™ and all creative assets—are the exclusive property of MEGAVERZ PVT LTD. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

7. Platform Updates & Modifications

MEGASCORES™ may introduce new features, modify existing modules, or discontinue parts of the service without prior notice. Updates may include performance improvements, bug fixes, security enhancements, or design changes.

8. Third-Party Services

MEGASCORES™ may integrate with analytics, security, hosting, or content partners. While we ensure trusted integrations, we are not responsible for third-party policies, actions, or failures. Users are encouraged to review third-party terms independently.

9. Data & Privacy

All data collection and usage follow our Privacy Policy. By using MEGASCORES™, you consent to data handling practices described in that policy. We do not sell user information and only share limited data when operationally necessary.

10. Disclaimers

MEGASCORES™ is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not guarantee:
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Accuracy of sports information from external sources
• Continuous availability of UGC or creator content

You use the platform at your own discretion and risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MEGAVERZ PVT LTD shall not be liable for any:
• Losses resulting from platform downtime
• User misconduct or violation of Terms
• Third-party content or service issues
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user (if any), which is generally zero, as MEGASCORES™ offers free access.

12. Termination

MEGASCORES™ may suspend or terminate account access at any time for violating these Terms, engaging in unsafe behavior, or harming the community environment.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Gurugram, Haryana.
