This Intellectual Property (IP) Policy explains the rights, ownership, permitted use, and enforcement procedures related to trademarks, copyrights, digital assets, user-generated content (UGC), and proprietary technologies belonging to MEGAVERZ PVT LTD and its sports-engagement product MEGASCORES™. By using the platform, users agree to comply with this IP Policy and respect all IP rights associated with MEGASCORES™.

1. Ownership of Intellectual Property

All intellectual property associated with MEGASCORES™ and MEGAVERZ PVT LTD is fully owned and protected under applicable Indian and international IP laws. This includes, but is not limited to:

Trademarks & Brand Assets: MEGASCORES™, its logos, design elements, icons, badges, animations, and brand identifiers.

Copyrighted Materials: Platform UI/UX designs, app layouts, graphical elements, fonts, animations, sports engagement modules, and all proprietary digital assets.

Software & Code: Platform architecture, backend systems, algorithms, frontend code, APIs, tools, and custom features.

Digital Content: Images, videos, graphics, placeholders, animations, templates, and original content produced by MEGAVERZ.

No part of the platform may be copied, distributed, modified, reverse-engineered, reproduced, resold, or reused without express written approval from MEGAVERZ PVT LTD.

2. User-Generated Content (UGC)

MEGASCORES™ allows users to upload photos, videos, comments, reels, and other content. By uploading content, users agree that:

They own the rights to the content OR have permission to share it

Content does not infringe any third-party trademarks or copyrights

Content must comply with platform rules and legal standards

By uploading UGC, the user grants MEGAVERZ PVT LTD a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to:

Display, distribute, host, and showcase the content on the platform

Modify or optimize the content for performance or safety

Use content in promotional or product-improvement activities (with fair usage and without violating privacy)

Users retain ownership of their UGC and may remove it at any time. Removing content does not affect rights already exercised by the company before deletion.

3. Forbidden Use of MEGASCORES™ IP

Users may NOT:

Copy or replicate the MEGASCORES™ design, interface, features, or brand

Use MEGASCORES™ assets, name, or trademarks for advertising without consent

Create competing platforms or products by cloning our UI/UX

Upload, distribute, or reuse MEGASCORES™ internal code, screenshots, images, animations, or videos without permission

Misrepresent affiliation with MEGASCORES™

Unauthorized use may lead to legal action, including takedowns, notices, or termination of user accounts.

4. Reporting IP Violations

Users, creators, or rights holders may report suspected IP infringements through:

Proof of ownership (if applicable)

MEGAVERZ PVT LTD will review, investigate, and act upon reports promptly.

5. Enforcement

If a user or creator violates this IP Policy, MEGAVERZ may take any of the following actions:

Content removal

Warning or temporary restrictions

Suspension or permanent account ban

DMCA-style takedown notices

Legal action where required

Repeated or severe violations will result in immediate termination.

6. Changes to This Policy

MEGAVERZ PVT LTD may revise this IP Policy from time to time to reflect platform updates, legal requirements, or new product features. Updated versions will include a revised “Last Updated” date.
