Welcome to MEGASCORES™, a sports-engagement platform built to connect fans, creators, athletes, and communities through safe, respectful, and fun digital interactions. These Community Guidelines ensure that every user enjoys a positive, inclusive, and harassment-free environment. By using MEGASCORES™, you agree to follow the rules below. Violations may result in warnings, content removal, feature restrictions, or permanent account suspension.

1. Respect & Safety First

All users must treat others with respect. The following behavior is strictly prohibited:

Abuse, threats, bullying, harassment, or hate speech

Targeting individuals or groups based on race, religion, gender, identity, nationality, or disability

Personal attacks, defamation, or harmful misinformation

Sexual content involving minors or any unsafe behavior

MEGASCORES™ is a safe sports-engagement ecosystem, and we enforce a zero-tolerance policy for unsafe conduct.

2. Authentic Interactions

We encourage genuine sports-focused engagement. Users may not:

Impersonate athletes, creators, brands, or MEGASCORES™ officials

Provide misleading sports information to manipulate opinions

Post fake match updates, fabricated claims, or clickbait

Authenticity protects trust across the community.

3. Responsible Content Sharing

Users are allowed to upload photos, short videos, reels, comments, or other UGC. However, content must follow these rules:

No nudity, explicit imagery, or sexually suggestive content

No violent, graphic, or dangerous acts

No promotion of gambling, betting, or illegal activities

No copyrighted material without permission

No spam, misleading promotions, or unauthorized advertising

We may remove or restrict content that violates these standards.

4. Sportsmanship & Positive Engagement

Since MEGASCORES™ is built around sports culture:

Celebrate wins respectfully

Avoid abusive reactions toward athletes, players, or teams

Do not provoke fights or create toxic rivalry

Encourage constructive discussions

Healthy competition is welcome; toxicity is not.

5. Zero Tolerance for Fraud or Manipulation

You may not:

Create multiple fake accounts

Artificially boost likes, views, comments, or followers

Use bots, scripts, or automation tools

Attempt to hack, exploit, or reverse-engineer the platform

Fraud threatens the integrity of the community and will result in an immediate ban.

6. Protect Your Privacy & Others’

Do not share:

Phone numbers, addresses, bank details, or private data

Another person’s personal information without consent

Screenshots of private conversations without permission

User safety is a top priority.

7. Creator Responsibilities

Creators must follow additional expectations:

Provide accurate, positive, and engaging sports content

Disclose collaborations or sponsored posts clearly

Avoid harmful exaggeration or misleading claims

Respect viewer boundaries and avoid exploitative behavior

Creators represent the spirit of MEGASCORES™.

8. Reporting Violations

If you see unsafe or inappropriate behavior:

Use the in-app Report option

We review reports seriously and take action based on severity.

9. Enforcement

MEGAVERZ PVT LTD may take the following actions:

Warning or educational notice

Temporary restrictions on posting or messaging

Content removal

Account suspension

Permanent ban in cases of severe violations

Decisions may be final to maintain platform safety.

10. Updates to Guidelines

MEGASCORES™ may modify these Guidelines as the platform evolves. Changes will be posted with a new “Last Updated” date.
